Wonderful, easy pants made of a beautiful cozy corduroy in a "magnetic" khaki green. The corduroy has a hint of petal fiber which gives them their special wrinkle texture. These have an elastic waist and room in the legs with a slight taper towards the bottom. There are side pockets and back patch pockets. They have a rise that can go to the true waist if you like... or pushed down a bit for a different look. These are simply easy, super comfortable, and they have a lovely casual elegance. Fit - These fit true to size with room. The elastic waist is great in that is is very stretchy - and in a comfortable way. It can stretch a few inches bigger than the starting waist measurement. The important measurements are below -

1 (medium) - waist (before stretching elastic) - 25", length - 38"

2 (large) - waist (before stretching elastic) - 26", length - 39"
